We all go through life running into the occasional negative experience.
Or maybe not so occasionally.
Under the best case scenario all negative or unwanted experiences should just roll off of us. Like water off of a ducks back.
But in reality that is not what happens.
What really happens is that negative stuff sticks around. And we keep playing the events over and over again.
Or, the negative experiences get lodged in our bodies or aura and effect how we act.
And even when we want to let go of many of our unwanted experiences, they just stick around.

It is no surprise to anyone that we live in an ever increasing stressful world.
There are so many things to accomplish with family, friends and work.
Bills pile up, the economy is faltering and health issues can sometimes be added to the mix.
We live in an era of killer stress.
Medical science now attributes most chronic diseases to life style issues. And one of the biggest life style issues there is, is stress.
The easiest form of stress reduction, and the one practiced by most people, is to go to their family doctor for some type of medical help.
And why is this? It is because we all are insanely busy, with no time to try and relax.
