Things Associated with the Solar Plexus Chakra
The solar plexus chakra is associated with the yellow colour and circle symbol.
In the physical body, this chakra governs the upper abdomen, stomach, liver, gall bladder, pancreas, intestine and spleen.
In the endocrine system, the pancreas controls this chakra. An energy deficiency in this chakra makes one physically ill in these associated areas.
Gemstones for this chakra include amber, topaz and citrine.
In aromatherapy, lavender and bergamot are used.
The metal associated with the solar plexus chakra is iron.
These are some of the common characteristics of the solar plexus chakra.

during a very intense meditation, while experiencing an out-of-body type of thing, my hand fell to this area and while trying to move it, it actually shifted back to this place.

hi have pain in my solar plexus for years just went to see a chiropractor the other day and he told me my back and ribs were all falling to the left out of alignment. the heat is imense when i put my hand on that area solar plexus as the chiropractor told me it was inflamed the muscles around it. to date and most recently i suffered from terrible panic attacks anxiety attacks inflammed ulcers very bad vertigo and serious migraines is this all related to the solar plexus regards aine

Thank you for very specific and clear information.
I have been working with the chakras for my own purposes now for a couple of years.
In May i had an incident with what felt like a heart attack. Pain radiating up to my jaw from my diaphram. I was checked medically and no heart problems. Exactly on that night i broke out in hives all over except face, neck and torso. I have been to all doctors except allergist that is in middle of month. Gastrologist ran all tests and he thinks it is a bile duct muscle into pancraes. I have bouts of hives and severe pain in diaphram. He wants to cut muscle that could cause pancreastice. The only way to ward off hives is 300mg of rananidine and hydroxyzine 50mg. I know my solar plexis are way blocked. Question, how can i be so blocked when i do a full chakra balancing meditation once a week. Oh and i havent been exercising since this episode due to extreem mucsle and joint pain. Hope this isnt too much to ask. First time i have submitted to anyone. Felt a connection with your approach.

Thank you for your information. I having been recovering from panic attacks, I get a “tight knot” in my solar plexus. I have been dealing with insomnia for a year. I find that mindfull breathing helps to take the edge off. However sleep is my greatest challange. Any thoughts? Thanking you in advance.

I have identified that my Solar Plexus Chakra is blocked. I have received the Sota Lightworks light therapy machine as a gift. However, I am struggling to find how to best use it. Can you give me any tips or recommendations as to how to use the light therapy for the Solar Plexus Chakra or direct me to where I might find this information.
Marsha, I am not familiar with the machine you mention. I did a quick search and read a bit about what they say it does. From a quick review i am not sure it would do what you want. However, I have found that most reputable companies are happy to take customer calls and offer suggestions on some best practices.
