Hi Janet – I was wondering if you can help? As I was going to sleep last night (just dozing) I felt this sensation in my crown chakra – like someone had hit me on the head..enough to make me sit up and look around …. I am always working towards understanding the bigger picture of the universe and myself. I have never experienced this sensation before. I really love meditating! I never imagined it would work before I gave it a shot… I wish everyone would give it a chance. In the beginning I just felt a bit more relaxed and was amazed that this peace stayed with me the whole day. Now I feel as if I’m addicted to it.

Dear Janet,every day I use a lot of garlic,vitamins B,fishoil,calcium and a supplement with guarana,ginseng,taurine,spirulina,Kola nut,ginger and chorella and kelp.I love energy drinks because I have a lot work to do every day in the green.
